These terms cover the Esquyna Games app and the arcade at games.esquyna.com/play, made by Esquyna Labs (esquynalabs@gmail.com). By playing you agree to them.
The games
Every game is made by Esquyna Labs and is free to play. You may play for your own enjoyment. The games, their art, music and code belong to Esquyna Labs; please do not copy, resell or redistribute them.
Fair play
Do not tamper with the games, their saves or their scores, and do not use them to harm other people or services.
Ads
The app is paid for by ads. Some rewards are offered in exchange for watching one; watching is always your choice.
No warranty
We work to keep the games running well, but they are provided as they are. Progress saved on your device can be lost if the app is removed or the device is reset. To the extent the law allows, Esquyna Labs is not liable for losses arising from the use of the games.
Changes
Games may be added, changed or removed. When these terms change, the date above changes with them.
